Developing the ATMTC Logistics Optimization System
Daisei VEHO Major Service Japan, Impliq, and Daisei VEHO Works have jointly developed the ATMTC system, an automated dispatch and transportation management system designed to optimize logistics operations. ATMTC integrates dispatch operations, transportation management, attendance tracking, and accounting into a single system, eliminating inefficiencies and ensuring smooth workflow management.This system is currently implemented across 10 group companies, covering approximately 1,300 vehicles.

Enhancing Workplace Communication through AI
The Daisei Group has introduced “CrewCompass,” an AI-powered 1-on-1 support service developed by our Impliq, across four group companies, covering approximately 3,000 frontline employees. By leveraging AI to continuously capture feedback from frontline operations and facilitate meaningful dialogue between managers and Crew members, we are working to create a better workplace environment. In addition, the system enables early detection of changes in each individual’s condition, allowing for timely and appropriate support. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster a work environment where every employee feels supported and can continue working with confidence and peace of mind.
